U Haul has a strange reservation system. I reserved a small trailer in West Philly they seemed to confirm that by email but then I got the actual confirmation for the far northeast. The building is a mess. They never clean up around the building. They park their trucks on 13th and on wood blocking the sidewalks. The lights burn 24/7. They painted the first floor and didn't bother painting the other 6 floors. I wouldn't trust this place with my belongings.
