I was in and out. My appointment time was 1pm and TQ was on time. It took about 1 hour for 2 new tires and to move the 2 back tires to the front. Not bad. The Mechanic was OUTSTANDING (GIVE HIM A RAISE). I've used this TQ before and they're OUTSTANDING. Thanks...

The installation went well enough. They did and checked everything I asked but it took a rather long time. Had I not asked about my brakes, they probably would have missed my warped rotors and not turned them and sent me away with very bad breaking.

Using Tirebuyer.com was fine and so was having the tires installed by Treadquarters okay. The problem was that, apparently, when TireBuyer sends the tires to the installer, there is no notification on the part of the installer. We had to keep calling Treadquarters to see if the tires had arrived and finally they found them sitting in their shop. In other words, once the tires arrived at...

Staff was professional and polite. Installer was friendly and precise. Overall, a trusted and professional establishment. The parking area outside the bays, however, had lots of little parts that could be puncture items. Recommend a clean sweep of the area.
