We used TLC when we got our carpets cleaned. They did a good job and the stains were gone for a party that we had at our house. They even cleaned our tile floor in the kitchen. The stains did eventually come back on the carpet, but they were less noticable. It was a good value for the money.

This compnay is a mess. The lady in the front office was terribly rude on the phone. The guy who arrived to clean my carpets look like a homeless man and his phone was constantly going off making him distracted from his job. I would never use this company again. The carpets looked alright, but not worth all the hassle and rudeness.

Wonderful people! They pay great attention to detail. Very reliable. I had called on a Monday afternoon and my carpets were clean and beautiful for my party on Tuesday.
