This shop had my car for almost a month, and it never got touched. They kept saying how the part was "back ordered" from the Infiniti dealership. We were curious and called them, and it's a stock item, so they always have that part in. Not sure why they lied, or kept lying saying someone would drive to get the part from somewhere. Highly recommend this place! Basically replaced my whole backend in no time. Dropped off on a Tues am, they called me end of that day to tell me what needed to be done and it was finished the next day!

We've used them twice over the years and both times were awesome. They had a little mishap with our vehicle but they made it right.
