Javier was responsive to my request for help by calling me about it within minutes of submitting the request online. What worked well is he called and did not just use an auto reply. He was then able to work in my job to the same day. Once here he asked about the day the yard waste is taken away and suggested regular service at a very reasonable price. We are going to try that.
