After installation there is a fee to speed up the slow Internet, a fee to receive the internet (modem) and later there is the hidden one-month security fee. 25-38 minutes for a call back, they posted one program and played another. Don t bother calling either, you ll go through automated hell. Really, the automation only adds to a potential frustrating situation.
