The name pays homage to Oxnard’s agricultural history, but Sugar Beets’ vibe is thoroughly modern, from the food and décor to the nightclub it turns into after hours. Not Sugar Beets anymore. Service okay. Drinks very bad. Asked for chocolate martini but taste more like brandy Alexander. Asked for lemon drop and it is very sour like straight lemon...
