How different can frozen yogurt really be? Well, the flavors were bland and there must have been something wrong with their machines as the yogurt melted SUPER fast and came out runny. Needs help with customer relations

Our family frequents this store and went just a few days ago and found a disturbing announcement posted on both the outside and inside of the store. The announcement stated that "this location would no longer be accepting coupons because of customers' treatment toward employees." It further went on to tell all customers to "leave their bad attitude outside."
