Zero stars. They ruined a Jcrew skirt by washing it with other clothes and a purple color bled all over it. And couldn't get a chocolate stain out. Outrageously expensive. You're better off using a washboard in the Charles river.

This place is the worst! I have had them screw up so many alterations for me. Plus I just paid $5 to get very simple measurements for a wedding dress. Only to call the dress shop while they laughed at me to tell me there is no way those were my measurements. That where ever I got that information was …

Pros + Located in downtown on my way to work (road warrior.)+ Same Day ServiceCons: - Woefully expensive. Like... absurdly. 1 suit: $18. 4 ties: $30.80. 3 shirts: $11.86. This was not a $60.66 load of dry cleaning. Cmon people.

I'm giving Sarni 3 stars for the friendliness of the staff. They are willing to problem solve if needed. Very convenient if you work in the financial district and they are open until 7:00 weekdays.
