The hotel is fraudulently double charging.my card when I made the reservation and paid in full here on trip advisor. I have absolute proof and am furious that they are proceeding to argue with me. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as this is not acceptable at all. I was traveling for business and what a nuisance!
