Cashed my check, but didn't complete work!

"Eric" , whom works for Empire, agreed to complete a certain amount of work at my townhouse! He did NOT steam clean the tile in the bathrooms. He didn't do anything to them.

He sends me a statement AFTER he already had cashed my check!…

I was amazed and extremely satisfied with the results. Eric worked hard on my carpets and I have to say the money I spent was well worth it. I was extremely surprised how dry the carpets were once he was finished. Previous times I have my carpets cleaned with other companies, they are very wet. Eric even left two blowers behind for us to use overnight to ensure our carpets would be dry...
