Here's my opinion, avoid this place! They lost my pants, four pair worth about 1000. They put me under "no name" when the intake girl made fun of my name. If I had not had my check receipt in the car, they may have never found the pair. They charge $7/pr. And they charged me the the premium price for subpar service. They really don't seem to care. Maybe they have too much business.

Awesome staff! Awesome service! I accidentally left my suit here right before I got deployed and they were kind enough to hold on to it for me for 3 months.

Red Hanger has for years proudly been the top dry cleaner in Salt Lake City and rightly so until recently. At least for this store which happens to be the one where their main offices are located it has become an unpleasant experience. This store has forgotten what customer service is all about. They are lazy and complain about petty things that may require a little effort and brain function.
