I asked Eric if he could do a job outside of Park City and he agreed saying there was a $200 minimum. I told him I had $275 to spend on a vacant house that is bank owned. I told him to do whatever he could do for that amount. After getting to the house he said it was too big to do for that, which was fine, I told him again to do whatever he could for the $275. I'm very happy to have used this company, and the price was reasonable too. Much cleaner then the steam cleaning method, and dried in 3 Hours.

I have been using Quick Dry for a couple of years and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a good cleaning service.
