Illness claims within 14 days of policy activation excluded from coverage

I can understand Mr. McGee's disappointment with the denial of his claim. Unfortunately, we cannot honor illness claims that occur during the first 14 days of a newly activated pet insurance policy.
Mr. McGee's coverage for accident care and routine care started at midnight after his policy activation, but the illness coverage was not yet effective.

I joined PetFirst Insurance it make sure that if anything happens to my newly adopted kitten I would be prepared to handle it. I was so happy to have this protection against anything serious going wrong.
