Kimberley went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend got my money's worth with his rotors. She provided the best customer service he's ever experience at any O'Reilly. It's always good to be safe than sorry!

These guys are truly outstanding: I came in completely bewildered as car maintenance is not my strong suit. Lucky for me, Ronnie gave me all the guidance I would ever need and even came out to my car to take care of the problem for me. Super professional, very friendly and just a pleasure to work with. They usually have what I need but the women behind the counter are the absolute CRANKIEST people I have done business with in a LONG TIME. Consistently cranky! I would go elsewhere if it weren't so close.

most of the guys are great here and i love working on the lot but i think they get a little frustrated when you have too many questions or if you don't know much about cars.

I needed a new battery for my car. They checked my old battery for free, to ensure that I did not have a solenoid or alternator issue, and disposed of said battery for free, no questions...
