went in on my lunch hour to buy an I Pad, waited 20 minutes, could get no one to wait on me. only 1 person working the Apple area and he was busy with a customer. Walked out disgusted, never again Best Buy, I will drive the extra distance to an Apple Store to get excellent customer service.

Went in and was only approached by someone trying to sell us TV service. After searching for someone to assist us that wasn't already busy with a customer with no luck, we went to the front and asked for someone to be called to help us buy a ps4. No one came, so we left. I feel I must add that the store was not busy. There was maybe 3 employees on the sales floor. Very disappointed.
