I never have any luck with cleaners, but for the first time, I was able to walk away happy. They were able to do a minor repair to my jacket for no charge and my clothes look really clean! Reasonable prices for a full service cleaner. Nice people too!

Very Poor Customer Service - Unprofessional - Rude
In the event of a problem, their handling of the situation is one of the worst I have ever seen.
Periodically, a poor employee can leave a bad impression of a business - but this is the behavior of the owner himself.

This is a great place, you are able to get your clothes back the next day with a small fee, otherwise regular service is the day after!! They really do a good job.
I haven't experienced any of the problems that the previous reviewers noted. I've always had a good experience with Ogden Fine Dry Cleaners. My clothes always come back clean, and within 2 days. The staff is friendly and helpful as well, and I don't think it is any more expensive than any other dry cleaners, at least not notably so.
