Terrible service manager Matt is rude and arrogant on 95th st. They are selling groupons online for oil changes and then after you turn in your voucher not honoring them. They get credit for them...

Worst customer service I ever had. Store manager knew nothing about helping the customer nor was willing to correct the problem just a line of excuses. 2010 TDI Jetta
