Adam is a super professional and knowledgeable therapist. I came to him with lots of tension in my neck, shoulders, and arms from a really repetitive job, and he has helped me get such incredible relief. He uses just the right amount of pressure to get my tight muscles to release and he also gives me really good stretches that I can do on my own.
