Have always had a good experience with CARE until today. My mother was being transported and when Matt Waldrop arrived he did not say hello and when I told him of my mothers back pain he told me he was "well aware of how to do his job". When I asked his name he gave it to me proudly and said he had always had "an exemplary record". I think people in this position should be more caring and kind....

Care Ambulance #142 traveling on Highway 280 east @ approximately 7:55 pm central time- your female driver had the interior lights on and was busy texting. This occurred near Burger King. If I had my cell phone I would have called the State Trooper office. I hope that your employees know state law and you will investigate this complaint. Very disappointed to see blatant disregard for safety....
