Cons:
- Security problems: cars and packages broken into or stolen consistently, from "secure" areas
- Many homeless/drunk people around, may provide feeling of insecurity
- Management arbitrarily increases rent 50% once you've stayed for some time, and forces long term leases. Unethical in my mind
- Gym is too small and not very useful -- don't believe pictures taken with wide angle lenses :)

Lived here for 2 years, just moved and couldn't be happier. Stay away, it's not going to get better anytime soon. There are issues that will not be resolved over night/days/months. Maybe in a year...
