Poorly run business with illegal practices

I am a formal employee of Las Vegas Parking. I enjoyed working with several of the people I met while employed there. The management, however, were guilty of many unprofessional and possibley illegal practices. 10% of the gratuities earned by the parking attendants was collected by the upper management as a perk for the higher ups.
