I called because AC was leaking on the floor, it was downpour weather, they knew I was desperate and they came that day, fixed the AC and I am very happy with their service. They also come out once a year to check the AC for me. Their pricing is very fair also.

Previously, you said your techs did not carry a hose because it took too much space. You, therefore did not hose out the coils when needed unless the tenant/customer had one. Now that you can get the expanding type, will you reconsider.
