First, the technician could not find my house. He was knocking on my neighbor's door although the house numbers are clearly visible. I have a Sears appliance plan, so this visit was for maintenance rather than repair. The technician was friendly, competent and efficient. He had to look at my stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer and did all four in good time but without rushing. So happy with Sears service response time, and repair help. Much improved from the last attempt at repair service with a technician where I had to wait about 12 days with a broken wash! This time around, the response was prompt, technician was pleasant, honest & informative, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them the next time I'm desperate for repairs!
