When my Whirlpool Duet washer stopped working last month I called Howard's Service Center because I have an extended warranty. Since then I've called several times and I've been disconnected twice, been put on hold as long as 15 minutes and discovered that all the managers are out of the building at the same time. It was a pleasure purchasing my first plasma tv from Howard's. They have very good deals on most of their tvs. I was approved for their credit and got a good deal which is no down payment and no payments no interest for 1 year. The customer service was very good. I was very happy with my purchase and the whole experience.
