I stayed at the Murano for two nights, as I was attending a conference at a close-by hotel. I chose to stay at the Murano because of a previous stay. The service is wonderful, the beds are superb, and the view is unmatched.

It is worth the extra money to stay on the patron level. Nice breakfast and afternoon snacks. We will stay here again.
I did not like that we were near the elevator, it was used all night! Even at 4am it rattled.
The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The only negative was a bum tried to sell my husband a leather jacket for food outside the hotel door while parking the car. We got in at 11pm so it was kind of expected for the area of downtown. Also we were able to easily receive late check out.
The bar and restaurant are excellent. Mini bar is well stocked (nice we could put our own food on) and house keeping was good too. Faster than on the past. Staff is very very friendly. I intend to return next year.
