Very professional service and equipment! My car is my "baby" and couldn't have been in more professional hands and a very new, state-of- the-art, shiny red tow truck. Exiting a city park late at night (I had been volunteering at a Parks and Recreation event), with no street lights on its only exit, my car's right front wheel barely went off the road next to a culvert. My wait time ended up...

I broke down south of Des Moines. I googled for a tow truck. Hooks and Chains popped up. They got there sooner than they said they would. Thanks guys! I was able to meet the rest my deadlines for the day!

I recently needed extensive brake work done on my van. Hooks & Chains took care of the tow and the work and got me a great deal on four brand new tires! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While they sometimes can be hard to get a hold of, (there are only two people there), they made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with their service. They are available 24 hours which is very nice. If I ever need a tow in the des Moines area, they will be the guys I call.
