Staff at front desk and porter/doorman were all friendly and helpful. The pool was chilly but the kids didn't mind so much. The hot tub was nice. Stayed two nights at Thanksgiving and service was great. Not sure how but got a sweet deal on a room with a kitchenette. Breakfast was above average as free breakfasts go with several fresh and hot offerings.. Decent and well sized rooms with reasonable prices. Bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel is conveniently located downtown and close to everything.
The breakfast could be better but honestly the hotel covers your basic needs very well.
