Why are all these reviews so low? I had a great experience at this location, both on the way in and out. Everyone was nice and helpful, the car was clean and ready to go, and the facility is clean as well. Unlike the airport locations, this one only charges you for the gas needed to fill up the tank! At the airport, even if you are only a couple gallons short they will charge you for a full tank.

Several times they are out of cars, and they only hold your car for 2 hours. The rental car they provided was a Ford Explorer with 60,000 miles!
