Really slow with no customers a

We arrived, and after escaping the cold outside, we found the restaurant to be slmost as cold. The heat appeared to not be working well, as my wife and I shivered for most of the night. The food was fine, and our excellent server, Misty, saved what would have a bad experience.

I love the atmosphere of Hard Rock cafe! Both the food and the service was exceptional and I've got nothing but good things to say about it.

Horrid service, food was cold. Couldn't get a second drink or even water refills. Never again!

This was mine and my husbands first time ever visiting a Hard Rock Cafe. We were not disapointed...the food was great, the atmosphere was great, the music was great. I think it was a little pricey, but we plan on visiting again next time we come to Kentucky.
