The worst place to live. I got a updated apartment so I thought it would be good. Move in day. I had to cleanup construction mess. Back patio covered with nails, electric debris lumber trash you name it I had to remove all myself. Had to dig a ditch from my front door as every time it rained I had to wade through water. Poor conditions maintenance is obsolete discusses your affairs with other tenants. Expects payment promptly but repairs are at his convenience. This rating system requires at least 1 star which this apartment does not deserve. Please check # of complaints through court system and board of health.
