I've used Gray in the past and have always had a good experience, but yesterday was horrible! The appt was made for servicing 2 coolers, replacing a faucet in the kitchen, and replacing the flappers in 3 toilets. The guy showed up, spent 3 hours at my house, then said one cooler had to be replaced. The other cooler he "serviced." He replaced 2 flappers because he didn't have a 3rd one and he...

WOW!!!!!!!! I am surly impressed with the professionalism of Gray Heating and Air Conditioning. I called them to ask how much it would cost for my refrigerated air conditioner to be repaired after having it diagnosed by another company to compare price and have the unit repaired ASAP. Their Customer Service Representative named Rosa was the most curtious person I have ever met on the telephone....
