Dr. Chugh provided excellent service with respect to a second pair of glasses that I ordered. I was very happy with the selection of glasses they had compared to big box retailers, personalized service, and prompt delivery.

I came in on a Saturday and didn't have an appointment and I needed an eye-exam that day! I work mon-fri and could not take off work to go get my eyes checked. She had other appointments, but was able to see both my wife and I within an hour! She also fitted me for contacts and showed me how to put them in correctly after years of not wearing them. Excellent Customer Service!
