Harvey Firestone is turning in his grave. Firestone Complete Auto Care is not a company that is trustworthy! Paid for work that was not done properly, completely and some unnecessary by one of their non-corporate stores (see Walker & Sons review). I called and spoke with Keith Ruohonen at Corporate, he assured me that the proper thermostat would be installed and that the other botched jobs of...

Told it would be 20-30 minutes to change 2 tires and it took over 2 hours for TWO TIRES.
