Although it was a bit of a wait ( not uncommon for places like this) I was promptly greeted upon entering the store. Damien was very helpful. Overall, the customer service here is very good....

The initial installation of the tires was done in a timely manner but then it took an hour and a half for them to do the alignment, which they never did because of the make and model of car I drive. That was very frustrating.
