They did a terrible job of a new steam boiler piping and then asked for another $500! Incompetent would be too good a word.

I called them because my Boiler cracked and flooded my basement. Not only did they replace the boiler in a pinch for us but they also cleaned up the mess it had made. I would recommend them in a flash!!!!

Inept, expensive and misleading

Used them in a pinch when ac went down on a hot Sunday. Techs were rather clueless and I should have turned them away immediately. Instead I ended up replacing a $50 part for $500 that ultimately didn't solve the problem. When they suggested another $700 in work I wised up and sent them home. The fix they thought they put in ended up damaging the unit further. Request for personal check straight to the owner was the cherry on the cake. Steer clear at all costs!

Highly unrecommended. The technician came for annual tune-up and broke our 4 year old boiler in excellent condition. On followup calls, they refused to accept their mistakes and said its new problem. Would never recommend to use Ferros Plumbing.
