I can't believe this company!! After four times of trying to fix my 65 in. Mitsubishi DLP tv., they didn't even come close. Once, they took it to their shop to replace the mirror in it, then brought it back still not fixed. When I called Mitsubishi about the issue, they said that Evans Electronics said they fixed it perfectly, not true! When I called and asked why they would lie about something like that, they hung up on me. I then had another company come out and look at it. They were able to fix it in about 15 minutes. Oh yeah, the company that was able to fix it found a folded up piece of cardboard in the back of my tv that Evans Electronics had placed there to try to manipulate the mirror in order to try to make it work. Evans Electronics, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! This matter is NOT closed!!
