The airport Staff on my previous experience was young, arrogant, and poorly trained 4th St. called the day before to "confirm", I arrived & there was a family trying to book a car using their smartphone and i had to wait My reserved vehicle was "at the shop" and I needed to get going! I have rented cars for the past 9 years off & on & this is the worse customer service I have ever seen. If you can, go somewhere else as if you don't watch your back, they will stab you big time.

Excellent customer service. I rented a car from them and it exceeded my expectations for several reasons. The 1st was the level of service I received, the manager was both courteous and competent. 2nd the car was extremely clean and well taken care of. 3rd was the prices were very fair and the time it took to rent the car was simply fast. I would recommend them and use them in the future!
