My experience with enterprise was very good I like the fact that I was dropped off and picked. Customer service was beyond the expected . The person who picked me up and dropped me off was very friendly. The fact that I dont live too far from the company made it easy for them to find me. I drive a very small vehicle perfect for my location on the East side, where as most know it is extremely difficult to find parking. I went to Enterprise while my little go kart was getting fixed, and they tried to stick me in a minivan. Not happening. After an hour of waiting, I was able to get a car comparable to my own.

Contacted Enterprise located on Wisconsin Ave and was told by the agent she was busy helping other clients and would call me right back. When I did not receive a return call, I called back to discover the offices were closed.
