1st: My insurance agent called and made arrangements with Mike at a Mesa location 24 hours in advance.
When it came time for someone to pick me up to take me and get my rental, they had no reservations for me. When I finally got picked up and got to Enterprise to pick up my rental, the car wasn't ready.
2nd: My car wasn't even washed/ready. So, Mike had to take the rental to get it washed. I...
