40 minutes late with no courtesy call. I had a two hour window scheduled and confirmed that morning. When he didn't show up, I called the office, and the phone rang and rang and no one picked up and it didn't go to voicemail. No discount for my time and trouble either; it cost me $100 for a five minute fix. Worst service I have dealt with yet when it comes to repairs.

I will only use Duvll's Appliance servie. They gave me the best service. I must say this is the first company ever to give me the best serves. I recomend them to everyone. Anna

Don't Call Duvall's

Horrible service. Really bad customer service. Will take weeks to fix problems that other companies can fix in a day.
