Great location and walking distance to restaurants

Stayed here during a college visit for my daughter. Very close to the FSU campus. Checked in around 5pm and then walked to dinner. Great location. Easy check in. Overall good hotel. You can tell hotel is older but has been updated. My girls loved the boutique style and decor. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and very service-oriented staff made this a great stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, two blocks to the Florida capitol, and walking distance to very good restaurants and to a wonderful historic district.

Very nice property downtown. Classy old place in the heart of the city. Very courteous and helpful staff. For a little more than a budget hotel you can stay here with no surprises.
