This is a pretty fantastic hotel located right in the middle of downtown Albuquerque. It looks like it's been renovated relatively recently. Excellent service, very helpful attitudes by every staff member I dealt with. Mattress and bedding were wonderful; I slept very well each night. Restaurant meal prices were reasonable; food was very good. I look forward to staying here again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and very convenient to Convention Center . Staff was efficient and pleasant . Only problem was slow service in restaurant doe to completely filled hotel . Food was good when it arrived .

Every one of the staff was professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. Perry was especially nice (shuttle driver to the airport). His customer service was first rate. I'll return for sure!
