We highly recommend Dixie to all of patients/clients who are looking into the home birth option. Awful....doesnt even deserve one star...lumpy bumpy acrylics, non sanitary..still uses the blade for dead skin on pedicures.....against the cosmetology board standards!!! Dont waste your time!

Dixie was my midwife for my second baby. I switched from an OB/GYN because she was pushing for a medicated delivery. During my prenantal appointments with Dixie, she took her time and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or hurried, and I found her to be very knowledgeable about childbirth, breastfeeding and women's health issues in general. On March 19th, 2005 Dixie caught my baby, Jesse.
