Poor service all the way around. They had to come out three times to attempt (note ATTEMPT) to complete the service requested. The first tech called and canceled because it was going to rain....

Delcon made good on a return trip today, despite the fact that it is 4th of July, and I appreciate that effort. Hopefully, we can nip this ant problem in the bud.

I worked for this company for a short period. During that time it became apparent that this company is a joke. One of the techs, Garrett said to me infront of the office staff "customers are lucky to get water in the winter" meaning he would add no chemical to his tank during the winter.
