Cheap accommodations/expensive price for what you get

Upon arriving, manager told us that we would have one double vs. 2 queens/1king as requested.Next to elevator, gave us handicapped room, no refrigerator/micro. Amway Gr. was a better deal! Cheap hotel

The location is great and really walkable to not only the Grand Valley State downtown campus but also to several restaurants and other downtown attractions. My room was clean and comfortable. Beer weekend

We stayed here during a weekend birthday celebration mainly consisting of brewery and bar hopping. The location was very convenient and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained and many places we went were within walking distance.

Good location to walk to breweries, though sidewalks under construction near hotel. Nice linens, good mattress, quiet even tho near expressway. For the price could have breakfast or at least free coffee in lobby.

Loud expressway noise comes thru the Windows... No fresh towels not sure bed linens were fresh ...very low water pressure barely rinses you off .... No vent fan in the shower area.... no breakfast ... Two day stay really sucked... Last time I stay at a Holiday Inn

We are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Downtown Grand Rapids, DeVos Place Convention Center and the Van Andel Arena. We are an easy 10 minute commute to many businesses in and around the Grand Rapids Area, including Spectrum Health, DeVos Children s Hospital and St. Mary s Hospital.
