We've purchased several vehicles from Consolidated Auto. We must be on our 4th or 5th now, we've been buying from them since the mid 2000s. They have always helped us out and do a good job finding something to fit our needs. We have gotten some great vehicles from them. I'm actually planning on getting another one this week.
I purchased a used vehicle at Consolidated Auto Sales back in June. I haven't had any problems at all and it was a pretty smooth process. They were friendly and willing to work with me. They just talked to me and helped me through the whole process. They were really friendly the whole time. They even called me back a couple week after a couple times to follow up. That's good service!
The only thing I didn't like about Consolidated Auto is that we had to go out of our way to make payments and stuff. That's nothing against them, though.
Otherwise, there were very reasonable rates, and the people were nice helping us.
Unfortunately purchased a vehicle that broke down less than a month later. Even though it was still within warranty, their service manager treated my fiancee and I very poorly.
