I had an excellent experience in dealing with this folks with an "InstalCard" I had purchased with my new car recveiver from Crutchfield. There was a little confusion in the beginning since they are in the middle of a move to a new location, but they took my car in, did the work flawlessly (as far as I can tell so far), and even offered to drop it off to me. VERY nice touch. I was a little concerned when I read some of the other comments, but I think these folks are excellent.

I took my car to Car Tunes and when I say they did a terrible job putting in my stereo they did.I don't know who these people are saying they are not sure what happen or it was there fault are you kidding...
