If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The woman owner of this place is terrible. She lost an expensive blouse and refused to take the blame for it and told me that "she doesn't like me and won't speak to me!" Are you kidding me?! What kind of customer service is that. Meh - prices and quality vary depending on mood.Lost 2 shirts - wanted to give me credit.What can I say - this is pretty typical for dry-cleaners in San Diego. Why do we accept it? I have no idea. Quality is dictated by the consumer, not the retailer.Other than that, shirts delivered on time, in bags, on hangers, usually with a smile (money coming). LOL.
