My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the hugs and kisses they get from the girls here!) . Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service.
